Compensation Analyst
Kelly Services is currently recruiting a Compensation Analyst for a premiere customer located in Keene, NH.
As a **Compensation Analyst** , you will support the design, implementation, communication and administration of value-added compensation programs, policies and processes that contribute to the success of the company and support its objectives to recruit, retain, motivate and empower highly qualified employees.
+ Assist with off-cycle supplemental and promotional salary increase analyses and prepare/communicate recommendations for management review.
+ Maintain electronic records of all off-cycle compensation activity.
+ Serve as a resource for and provide guidance to the entire organization regarding compensation related matters and company pay programs.
+ Review new jobs to assign level and ensure FLSA classification is in compliance with Federal Regulations. Manage a

job description database for all jobs.

+ Participate in the preparation of annual market survey submissions and ad hoc industry specific surveys and requests for information. Manage web based application for survey use.

+ Develop and maintain documentation related to incentive pay programs in use throughout the organization. Work with field HR to ensure programs are understood and administered correctly.

+ Miscellaneous analytical projects as assigned including data/report preparation for use by other functions.


+ Bachelor's degree required. Preferred concentration in HR with demonstrated quantitative abilities

+ 1-3 years of professional experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs preferred

+ Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

+ Experience with market pricing software

+ Professional written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

+ Ability to remain organized and focused in a fast paced environment

+ Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision
